Before her tools even touch the hair, she has to know her clients’ expectations, lifestyle, and chemical service history. She learns what they have been doing to their hair and what they are willing to do with it after they leave the salon.
With the use of pictures, and a complete evaluation of their hair texture, wave pattern, and facial shape, she visualizes how a particular style will look on them. It is a great gift that she is happy to share with her clients.
Joy has more than 35 years of hairstyling experience. Throughout her years in the industry, she has always learned new techniques and educated herself on the latest trends to help clients achieve their desired looks. In addition to keeping up with styles and sharpening her skills, she really enjoys giving expert advice on products, scalp or hair issues, and styling tricks.
